Sebastian A. Giacco Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sebastian A. Giacco of Cromwell, Connecticut, who passed away on January 3, 2026 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sebastian A. Giacco to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfio Giacco and Rosa Giacco; and his siblings, Joseph, Anna, Lucy and Virginia.
He is survived by: his wife Italia (Ty); his grandchildren, Emily (Jeff Menard), Brendon Slee and Talia (Scott Theriault); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Colton, Benjamin and Addison. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Viewing will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the D'Angelos Funeral Home (22 S Main St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Sebastian's Church (155 Washington St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Café Fiore (134 Berlin Rd, Cromwell, CT 06416). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at the St. Sebastian's Cemetery (75 Meriden Rd, Rockfall, CT 06481).
