He is survived by: his wife Jenn (Kerrigan); his parents, Jerry Lewis and Carole Lewis of Killington, Vermont; his mother-in-law Betty Ann Kerrigan of Cromwell, Connecticut; his siblings-in-law, Evans Kerrigan (Joan) of Marlton and Lynne Given of Memphis, Tennessee; his sibling's children, Samantha Kerrigan, Stephanie Kerrigan, Christopher Given of Amherst, MA, Matt Given of Shreveport, LA and Nicholas Given of Baton Rouge, LA; and his pets, Neo, Trinity, Tabitha and Tinkerbell.

There will be no formal service at this time, and the family kindly requests no flowers.
