She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Dominakus, Jr.; her parents, Michael Loya and Veronica Loya (Falis); and her sister Dorothy Kroha (David). She is survived by: her children, Barbara Braatz (Timothy) and Thomas Dominakus (Heidi); her grandchildren, Brendan, Julia Braatz, Douglas and Benjamin Dominakus; and her sisters, Patricia Murphy (William) and Nancy Reidy (Bernie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Many people may remember her for the beautiful ornaments she made and her Christmas Tree contribution to Ann's Place in Danbury.
