She was predeceased by: her husband Vincent Michael Coughlin; and her father Alfred Collins. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Jean), Stephen (Kathleen), Mary Paladino (Mark), John Coughlin and Katie Scalzulli (William); her grandchildren, Patricia Jarvis (Christopher), Michael, Elizabeth Coughlin, Nancy, Nicole Paladino, Christine Perez (Christopher Martin), Katie Perez, Matthew, Mary Kate and Caroline Scalzulli; her great grandchild Grace Martin; and her sisters, Mary Lou Healy and Julia Guarnieri. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
