She is survived by: her children, Lateef Abdur-Rahman (Deb Abdur-Rahman), Hasan Culver and Constance Torres (Samuel Torres); her grandchildren, Azzam Abdur-Rahman, Hasan Culver II (Sarah Culver), Caden Peryea and Elijah Torres; and her great grandchild Nilia Abdur-Rahman.
