In loving memory of Barbara Russo (Danbury, Connecticut), who departed this world on July 11, 2025 at the age of 80. Barbara leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Carter and Lillian Carter (Landry); and her pet Carly. She is survived by: her close friend Anthony Russo; her grandchildren, William Smith, Ronald Smith, Angelo Russo, Lisa Torres, Anthony Russo (Lisa), Ricky Russo, Teresa Neumuller and Naomi Karagianes; and her siblings, Fred Carter and Gertrude Archiere. She is also survived by her many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in her memory to Regional Hospice as this was the team of angels who managed her care and will help continue the highest quality hospice care in our area.
