She was predeceased by: her parents, George Holick and Angela Holick; and her sons, Kenneth Hopkins Jr. and David P Hopkins. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Truex, Ric Hopkins, Gordon Hopkins and Mark Dunlap. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
