She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Macchio and Angela Soricelli. She is survived by: her husband John Orgen; her children, Stephanie Slink (Derek), Jonathan Orgen (Joan) and Jeff Orgen (Renei); and her grandchildren, Alyssa, Josh, Jacob, Courtney, Nicholas and Lucas. She is also survived by mother to her three children, and above all, being a Nana to her six grandchildren.
