Florence Talmadge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence Talmadge (Danbury, Connecticut), who passed away on December 8, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Florence is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Florence's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George Knoob Sr. and Doris Price; her husband Donald L. Talmadge; her children, Dorothy Potocki (Michael), Donald L. Talmadge Jr. (Robin) and Douglas J. Talmadge (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Nicole Potocki (Tim Crozier), Alex Potocki (Lauren) and Jessica Talmadge. She was also cherished by the many friends she made, especially her caretaker.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Welfare Society of New Milford and RVNA Health.
