He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Charles Ross Sr. and Mary Stavola Ross; and his siblings, Joseph, John, Mickey, Florence Ross, Cecelia Colombatto, Rita Finaldi and Rose Marie Ross.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Giesen (Raymond) of Coopersburg, Maryann Ross of Fort Lee and Frank Charles Ross III (Rebecca) of Danbury; and his granddaughters, Amanda Hein, Katriel Bush and Serenity Cray. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
In keeping with his generous spirit and true love for animals, contributions in his memory may be made to D.A.W.S. in Bethel, Connecticut, or to St. Joseph Parish in Danbury, two charities he cared for deeply.
