He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Radachowsky and Mary Radachowsky (Fallat); his brother John; his nephews, David Radachowsky and Dennis Woodin; his pet Lacey; John Jr. Radachowsky (Elizabeth "Betty"), Ann Radachowsky, Mary Woodin (Eugene "Jeep") and Elizabeth "Betty" Singer (Eugene "Gene").
He is survived by: his wife Carol Barrett-Radachowsky; his children, Lynn Negron (Michael), George Jr., Cheryl Radachowsky and Gregg Radachowsky (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Lena Negron, Garron Negron, Olivia Hancock (Tyler), Isabella Negron, Kennon Negron, Alanna Smith, Nicholas Smith and Sydney Radachowsky; and the mother of his children Rachel Radachowsky.
