She was predeceased by: her husband William Alan Shafto, MD; her parents, Pat Ruckbie and Mary Ruckbie (Graham); and her sister Myra Ruckbie. She is survived by: her children, Keith Shafto (Camille) and Jacqueline Sloan, MD; her grandchildren, Sophie, Emma, Kate Sloan, Alec and Andrew Shafto; her nephew Jonathan Jamison (Nancy) of Norwalk; and her niece Fiona Moffett (Sam) of Westford Massachusetts.
