It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James William Kovacs Sr. in Danbury, Connecticut, born in South Norwalk, Connecticut, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Kovacs and Julia Nyiri Kovacs; his brothers, Benjamin, Gabriel and John; his wife Rose Marie Pascarelli; his children, James Jr., Linda and Larry (Laurie); his sister Elsie Methven; his daughter-in-law Alice Corso; and his granddaughters, Shayna Kovacs Osimanti (Marco), Lauren, Jordan Kovacs and Taryn Terracino. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and lifetime friends.
