“My name is Jack Tittman . I met jay just a few years ago through 23 and me. He called me long distance and we established our relationship. We are second cousins. Our Grandfathers were brothers and entered the United States in 1897. We exchanged quite a bit of information about our Tittman families. Jay was an excellent scholar and a very honorable man. I offer my personal condolences, He was truly a special man . Jack Tittman.”
