He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Kurjiaka (Gagliardi); his wife Sheila Kurjiaka (Jones); his father Joe Kurjiaka; and his sister MaryAnn Motika. He is survived by: his children, Joe, Matt, Jeff, Kris, Tyler and Nick; his daughters-in-law, Lisa, Leah, Liz, Kate, Lizabeth and Lara; his grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Lahja, Jordan, Cam, Elli, Oliver, Declan, Leo, Luke, Slater, Cody and Taran; and his brother Leon. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
