Keri Arokium Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keri Arokium (Danbury, Connecticut), who passed away on October 26, 2025, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Keri farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Keri is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her brother Barrington. She is survived by: her parent Lorna Arokium Prince; her stepfather Daniel Prince; and her son Kermar. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as countless close friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Jowdy-Kane Funeral Home (9 Granville Ave, Danbury, CT 06810).
Keri dedicated her career to serving the people of Connecticut as a Planning Analyst within the Department of Aging and Disability Services for the State, where she brought her analytical mind and compassionate heart to her work, making meaningful contributions to her community.
