He is survived by: his wife Ruby Barney of Danbury, CT; his siblings, Kenneth Barney (Charlene) of Newtown, CT, Arthur Barney (Roberta) of Charlotte, NC, Helen Meyer (Frank) of Patterson, NY, LouAnn Lando (Thomas) of Walling, TN and JoAnn Walley of Sharon, CT; and his children, Kenneth Barney (Susan) of Waterbury, CT, Debra Wood (Barry) of Danbury, CT, Catherine Abney (Mark) of Danbury, CT, Lisa Horton of Danbury, CT, Jesse Barney (Patricia) of Bethel, CT and Ruby Broadbent (Charles) of Torrington, CT. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
