He is survived by: his son Casey C. Palmer; his parents, Christopher Palmer and Donna Palmer (Begg); his sister Kristin Fair (Jim Fair); his niece Annie Palmer; his nephew Andrew Fair (Catherine); Heather. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
