He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Pudelko); his sons, Norman Carvalho Jr. and David Carvalho (Katie); his grandchildren, Joseph and Mattingly Carvalho; his brothers, Ed (Joyce) and Ray Carvalho (Bernie); and his parents-in-law, Ethel Pudelko, John Pudelko, Eleanor, Brenton Miller, Florence Pudelko and Ed Pudelko (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
