He was predeceased by: his spouse Agnes Setaro (Volpe); his parent Angelo Setaro; his daughters-in-law, Joan Setaro and Carol Setaro; and his siblings, Charles, Dominic, Mickey and Jennie Dalessio.

He is survived by: his parent Caroline Lillian Setaro (Rizzo); his sons, Charles A. Setaro and Peter A. Setaro, Jr.; his grandchildren, Robert Peter Setaro (Donna), Suzanne Mallozzi (Mark), John Setaro and Karen Bambino; and his great grandchildren, Christine, Caitlin, Michelle, Andon and Victoria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
