She was predeceased by: her spouse Michel Rudi; her daughter Barbara Mahoney; and her parents, Marcel Verdes and Germaine Verdes (Drouard). She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Rudi (Eric Hanson); her grandchildren, Brian Mahoney (Jennifer) and Erica Mahoney; her great grandchildren, Nolan and Iris Mahoney; her son-in-law Daniel Mahoney; and her brother Jean-Louis Verdes (Chantal).
She also made pillowcases for troops overseas and, in the past year, hundreds of masks that were donated to various entities during the pandemic.
