He is survived by : his friend Shirley Martha Marks; his family, Cindy, Lynn, Vilia, Ed, Twyla, Kim, Phil and Lauren; and also, Charles, James, Robert, Claire, Mark, Amy and Paul.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Immanuel Lutheran Church.
