With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert L. Johnson of Danbury, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Leslie E. Johnson (Wellstood); his parents, Laurie Johnson and Elizabeth Johnson (Hennessey); his siblings-in-law, Joseph Mangini and Marjorie Wylie; his brother Carl; and his sister-in-law Karen Provino.
He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Mangini; his brothers-in-law, Michael (Marissa Wellstood) and Peter (Shelley Wellstood); and his nieces and nephews, Katrina Merlino, Louis Wellstood, Jason Mangini, Justin Mangini, Amanda Wellstood, Nancy Short and Gail Logan.
