He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Nadeau Cloutier; his parents, Walter Cloutier, Sr. and Alice Dumont; and his siblings, Roger, Walter Cloutier, Yolande and Reine Cloutier.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Cloutier (Gina) of Boca Raton, FL and Doris Riedinger (Allan) of Danbury, CT.; and his grandchildren, Heather, Amanda Riedinger and Jeffery Cloutier.
