She was predeceased by: her parents, John T Von (Heide) and Florence E. Trautwein; her brothers, John, Robert, Ronald Von and Heide; and her cousin Louise Elizabeth "Betty" Trautwein.

She is survived by: her husband Mitch Sr.; her children, Mitch O'Hara Jr. (Lori) and Sandra Chengeri (Michael); and her grandchildren, Michael Chengeri (Kaileigh Rywalt), Brittany Slegona (AJ), Bridgit Lynch (Dylan), Michele Abate (Michael), Rachel Barnes (Liam), Carolyn O'Hara (Calder Stames) and Erinn O'Hara. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
