With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Francis Waters of Danbury, Connecticut, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Waters (Desmarais); and his parents, Morris Waters and Laura Waters (Pane). He is survived by: his children, Dawn Poulin (Greg), William F. Waters, Jr. (Seo Jin) and Michele DeCarmine (Dennis); his grandsons, Enrique (Valerie), Vicente and Augusto Poulin; his sons, Dominic and Damian DeCarmine; his niece Joan Ogden (Polhamus); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan and Niki.
