She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Francis and Ethelyn Francis (Barber); and her husband Harvey L. Pepin. She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Henry of Vernon, Kerry Payne of Dayville and Mandy Dubay of Sterling; and her grandchildren, Stacy Angle, Tim Clark, Amy Payne, Joey Payne and Samantha Martinsen.
