He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Choquette (Helen) and Beverly Colburn; and his siblings, Clint, Arthur and Fran.

He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Choquette (Emily) of Moosup and Christopher Choquette of Putnam; his brother Ken Colburn; the mother of his children Melissa Lepage; and his granddaughter Maeve Choquette.
