She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Katherine and Herbert Edward Smith; and her husband Macdonald Budd. She is survived by: her sons, Mac (Elise) and Tony (Sabrina); and her grandchildren, Alexandra Mastrocola (Mike), Vanessa, Daphne, Reid, Tucker and McKenzie.
She was actively involved with The Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk and the American Cancer Society during her early years in town.
