He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Saverine and Josephine Saverine (D'Arrigo); his sister Linda Anne Saverine Santarella; and his niece Stacey Santarella Hickey. He is survived by: his brother Robert Paul Saverine; and his nieces and nephews, Dana Donahue, Brooke Saverine Kreitler, Sloan Saverine and Daniel Santarella. He is also survived by four grand-nieces and two grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are made to the Darien YMCA.
