He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Leonard and Kathleen Stewart Walin; and his wife Ellen Reeves Walin. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Kay Walin of Darien, CT and Robert Stewart Walin Jr. of Jupiter, FL; and his stepdaughter Lucy Wightman of Brewster, MA.
