We are sad to announce that, on December 3, 2025, at the age of 95, William Heartly Anderson (Darien, Connecticut), born in South Bend, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy William leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though William may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Heartly'Hunk'Anderson and Marie; his sisters, Shirley Simpson and Joann Willcox; and his son Mark Worrell Anderson.
He is survived by: his significant other Margaret'Mugsie'Worrell; his sons, William'Oz' (Cindy) of Cameron Park, California, Jeffrey (Karin) of Hingham, Massachusetts and Daniel (Julia) of Stamford; and his daughter-in-law Christine of Manchester.
