He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spring and Florence Spring (Butler); and his daughter Kathleen Spring. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Spring (Marianne), Karen Bartolotta (Robert), Frederick Jr. Spring, Joseph Spring (Liz), Maureen McNeil (Richard) and Jennifer Fowler (Steven). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
