She was predeceased by: her husband Robert E. Confrey; her parents, Allen Champion and Virginia Champion (Varney); and her siblings, May Clark, Betty Ray, Ann Rand and Richard Champion.
She is survived by: her brother Robert Champion; and her close friend Katherine Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews and many grand and great grand nieces and nephews.
