She was predeceased by : her sister Jean Carbone. She is survived by : her husband James Carey; her children, Shanon Carey and Jennifer Szwaba (Donald); her mother Maxine McGehee; her mother-in-law Mary Carey; her siblings, Carolyn Savitsky (Daniel), Robert McGehee, Patricia Georgette and Charles McGee; her siblings-in-law, Joan Goncalves (Robert) and Tony Carbone; and her grandsons, Aidan Cruz, Crew Szwaba and Van Szwaba. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
