He was predeceased by: his father Ezra Fernandez. He is survived by: his mother Lois Smith (Beall) of Ansonia; his daughters, Meghan Johnson of Ansonia and Jasmine Swain of New Haven; his siblings, Debra Beall of Ansonia, Tonya Beall of Virginia and Caprice Sullivan of Hamden; and his aunt Barbara Hopkins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews & 5 grandchildren.
