He was predeceased by: his parents, William Karl and Ann Smierciak Odoy; his brother Bernard Odoy (Mary); and his sister-in-law Joanne Mudry. He is survived by: his wife Alice Mudry O'Doy of Derby; his daughters, Alison Kral (George) of Orange and Audrey Douglas of Derby; his brother William Odoy of Ansonia; his grandchildren, Georgia, Preston Kral of Orange, Claire, Amelia and Arden Douglas of Derby; and his brothers-in-law, Paul "Babe" Mudry of Ansonia and John Mudry (Eileen) of Naugatuck. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
