It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard David Owens of Derby, Connecticut, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Marguerite Rand Owens; his parents, Joseph R. Owens and Madeline Polizzi Owens; and his sister Vivian T. Owens. He is survived by : his daughter Patricia Owens-Manion of Ansonia; his brothers, Joseph R. Owens Jr. of Oxford and Louis M. Owens (Kimberly) of Derby; his grandchildren, Skarlette Jean Manion of Ansonia, Kaelyn Grace Manion of Ansonia and Anabella Manion; and his close friend Tom Adams Jr. of Derby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
