As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rose may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony and Rose Pertoso (Mongillo); and her brother Anthony "Scarpi" Pertoso. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Edward F. Adzima Funeral Home (253 Elizabeth St, Derby, CT 06418). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (212 Elizabeth St, Derby, CT 06418).
