He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan P. Marshall Sr. and Joyce Downes (Ryder); his former wife Ramona Julianna Marshall; his sons, Alan P. Marshall III and Zachary Ryan Marshall; his mother-in-law Margaret Downey; his stepfather Tracy Downes Sr.; his stepsiblings, Linda Downes Chillemi, Thomas Downes and Tracy Downes Jr.; his stepmother June Marshall; Raymond and Betty Jean Jurczak.
He is survived by: his spouse Anna-Marie Marshall (Downey) of Durham; his daughter Monica Rae; his son-in-law Frank Sistare; his stepchildren, Darcy Madrazo and Evan Madrazo; his grandchildren, Chloe Marshall, Summer Rae Sistare, Kaylee Marshall, Syrus Sistare, Nathaniel Nerkowski, Jillian Marshall, Alan P. Marshall IV, Zachary Marshall, Zeke Sistare and Rayna Julianna Sistare; his brother Skip; his sister-in-law Cheri Marshall; his sisters, Mable Marshall and Cherrie Cory (Ronn Boyer); his father-in-law Joseph Downey Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Jacky Zuidema, Todd Zuidema, Jae Downey, Joe Downey, Michael Downey and Catherine Downey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family members and treasured friends.
