Anthony Carangelo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Carangelo of Durham, Connecticut, who passed away on September 18, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Anthony may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anthony touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Carangelo and Trofimine "Phyllis" Carangelo (SanMarco). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carangelo (Zacks); his children, Michael Carangelo (Teresa) of La Guardia and Audrey Carangelo of Brooklyn, NY; his sister Phyllis Abbatello of North Branford; and his granddaughter Sabrine Carangelo of La Guardia.
