He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Manzara and Virginia Manzara (Meyer). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Thompson-Manzara; his granddaughter Kayden Grace Manzara; his sister-in-law Pamela Thompson-Kelly (James); his mother-in-law Dorothy Klinsmann; his brother-in-law Charlie Schmaltz; his niece Kimberly Schmaltz-Eldred (Richard); his nephew Chuck Schmaltz (Amy); and his friends, Robert and Patricia Archer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doolittle Funeral Home (14 Old Church St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to a local veteran organization or to the charity of the donor's choice.
