We bid farewell to Gerard Turner of Durham, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 4, 2025 at the age of 94. Gerard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Turner and Anne Turner; his siblings, John "Jack", Elizabeth "Betty" and Marilyn; and his friend Stephen J. Burka.
He is survived by: his wife Ann "Nancy" Turner; his sons, Gerard, Christopher (Lori), Jeffrey (Kathy) and Timothy Turner; and his grandchildren, Regina, Patrick, Isabelle, Jack, Selma, Gigi, Brandon, Courtney, Seamus and Malcolm.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Doolittle Funeral Home (14 Old Church St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Notre Dame Church (272 Main St, Durham, CT 06422).
