With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandor Nemeth of Durham, Connecticut, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Sandor Nemeth; his stepfather Harold Mathers; his brother Janos Zoltan Nemeth; and his cousin Micklos Vojuoda. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Nemeth; his wife Linda Nemeth; his children, AJ Nemeth and Christopher Nemeth; his sister Magda Magnotta (Paul); his nephew Joshua Magnotta (Olga); and his great-niece Bella Magnotta.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. John Cemetery (400 Christian St, Wallingford, CT 06492).
