He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis E. Collins, Sr. and Mildred Collins (Burtt); and his brother Bradford Collins. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Collins (Robison); his daughter Jillian Wiley (Paul) of Durham; and his grandson Daniel Wiley of Durham. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
