He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Harding Thompson and Helen Alice Thompson (Marrotte); and his sister Alice Joann Wilson (Thompson). He is survived by: his wife Donna Thompson (Smith); his children, Carrie Deason (Thompson) and Brad Thompson; his stepson Michael Klick; his son Kevin Thompson; his stepgranddaughter Amanda Thompson; and his stepdaughter Rachael Martin. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
