She was predeceased by: her husband John K. Ewing; her daughter Deborah Ewing; her brother-in-law James; her sibling's children, Cheryl, Deshaies, Julie Seamon, Alta Seamon, Kevin Adams and Lyle Seamon; and her parents, Twining Seamon and Nettie Seamon.
She is survived by: her son Christopher; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Ewing of East Hampton, CT; her grandchildren, Colleen Ewing of East Hampton, CT and Brian Ewing of Preston, CT.; her sister Brenda Endicott (Clyde Young) of Freeport, ME; and her siblings-in-law, David "Donnie" Vale of South Windsor, CT, Dawn Seamon of Buxton, ME and Sylvia Ewing of Youngsville, NC. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews she loved.
