He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Tickle and Ruby Tickle (Qualls); his daughter-in-law Faith; and his siblings, Tommy Tickle, Pete Tickle, Conrad Tickle, Audrey Nunn and Margaret Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Landry of Manchester; his sons, Brian Douglas Tickle of South Windsor and Craig L. Tickle of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Douglas Tickle, Alexis Tickle, Jack Stricker and Abby Stricker; and his brother-in-law Herb of North Carolina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the D'Esopo East Hartford Memorial Chapel (30 Carter St, East Hartford, CT 06118).
