He was predeceased by: his parent Jose Alba (Cristina Fabian); and his brother Roberto. He is survived by: his wife Nannette Fabian (Barreto); his children, Ornaldo Barreto, Cristina Simmons and Melissa Tenesaca; his grandchildren, Raymond, Stephanie, Samantha, Suheldy, Nathanel, Isabella, Damien, Zayden, Ezra and Josiah; and his siblings, Gustavo, Dafnis, Nelsida and Maria-Virgen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
