Reed V. Berube Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reed V. Berube of East Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 30, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Berube and Irene; and his siblings, Edwin Berube, Edmerine Bocash and Ruth Ayotte.

He is survived by: his wife Verna Berube (Madore); his sons, Michael and David Berube; his grandchildren, Shannon Powers and Jeffrey Berube; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Powers, Emorett and Jaxon Berube; his siblings, Everett (Barbara), John, Stephen Berube (Margaret), Bernice Lessard, Mae Steg (Alan), Gloria Jean Bogue (Robert), Linda Feliciano and Louella Spinelli; and his godchildren, Gail McClain and Sondra Montessi-Yates. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
